Who we are

Rexalyte is operated by Omniware, based in the United States. Questions about this notice go to support@rexalyte.com.

What this website collects

• Contact form. Name, company, email, phone, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for a trial, demo, or full service, to follow up on that request. It is delivered to our support mailbox by email and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) records standard request logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
• Cookies. This website sets no cookies. The application at app.rexalyte.com uses a session token to keep you signed in.

What the application stores

When a laboratory creates a workspace, it stores its own operational data: staff accounts, clients, samples, results, reports, and related records. The laboratory is the controller of that data and decides who in its organisation and which of its clients may see it. Rexalyte processes it only to provide the service, keep it backed up, and support the laboratory when asked. Each laboratory's data is isolated from every other laboratory's.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, each bound by their own data-processing terms: Microsoft Azure (hosting, database, file storage, in the United States), Twilio SendGrid (transactional email such as password resets and notifications), Stripe (payments, when a laboratory enables online ordering), and FedEx (shipping labels, when enabled). We do not send your data to anyone else except as required by law.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal business records. Workspace data is kept for as long as the laboratory has an account and for a short period after closure so it can be exported, after which it is deleted from live systems and rotates out of backups.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information you gave us through this website by emailing support@rexalyte.com. Requests about data held inside a laboratory's workspace should go to that laboratory, and we will assist them.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell workspace owners by email.
