Per-user rates are quoted by role (Owner, Admin, Analyst, Reviewer, Viewer) and shown in full inside the app before you subscribe. Ask for a written quote if you need one for procurement. Usage-based billing is available for labs that prefer to pay per sample rather than per seat.

Full service is a one-time engagement on top of any paid plan. We take your current system's exports, your existing certificate layouts, and your method list, and hand back a configured lab that your staff have already been trained on.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Your workspace and data stay put. Pick a plan inside the app to continue, or move to the Free plan if you are within its limits. Nothing is deleted at the end of the trial.
Do my customers' portal logins count as users?
No. Portal logins are for your clients and are unlimited on every plan. Users are your lab staff.
Can we pay per sample instead of per user?
Yes. Usage-based billing is available for labs with variable volume. Ask us and we will set it up for your workspace.
Where is our data hosted?
In Microsoft Azure, in the United States, with encrypted storage and daily backups. Each lab's data is isolated at the database level.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Everything you entered can be exported through the API or as CSV bundles at any time, on any plan.
Is full service required?
No. Many labs set themselves up during the trial. Full service is for labs that want migration and template work done for them, or that want a guaranteed go-live date.
